The ITT Strategy highlights the main activities of the Company in the form of the following programs:
- Program for Comprehensive Automation of Industrial, Financial and Economic Activities;
- Program for Development of Automated Systems of Network Management;
- Program for Development of Automated Electricity Metering Systems;
- Program for Optimization and Development of ITT Infrastructure;
- Program for Development of ITT Security Systems;
- Program for Development of Telecommunications Facilities;
- Program for Optimization of ITT Operation and Management.
The above programs on automation and development of the Company`s core areas of activities are presented in the form of the Company`s ITT Strategy Road Map through projects, events and initiatives aimed at development of information technologies and telecommunications with description of the vector of the Company`s ITT development, and the Company`s expenses associated with implementation thereof.

In order to raise visibility of the Company`s ITT status consolidated structure, the updated road map of ITT Strategy implementation contains the following additional information in the form of a process model. The Process model is a digitized status of the Company`s ITT for each of the activities at the end of each year and the planned level of automation, which will be achieved through implementation of the projects in
Business directions of the Company are represented by digital indicators characterizing the current and target level of the Company`s ITT automation. This indicator is calculated as change of the integrated assessment before and after implementation of the projects on automation of the Company`s operations. Assessment is performed on a five-grade scale.

- Plant Asset Administration System (PAAS)
Implementation of the Plant Asset Administration System (PAAS) is a multilevel long-term effort. Work on implementation of the Plant Asset Administration System in JSC Tyumenenergo is determined by the Board of Directors of JSC Tyumenenergo as a priority direction of the Company`s activity. Tyumenenergo` s Board of Directors annually approves the schedule of activities on implementation of the PAAS project.
Implementation of industrial solution Plant Asset Administration System in JSC Tyumenenergo
- Detailed structure of the grid facilities has been created and maintained in up to date state;
- Certification of equipment has been completed, and timely entry of the data on the results of maintenance, diagnostics, inspections of the grid facilities” equipment were conducted;
- Functionality of auto-assessment of technical condition of the equipment of the core and distribution grid of JSC Tyumenenergo (units of equipment, integrated and management facilities) has been implemented;
- Grid topology (internal and external links) of JSC Tyumenenergo grid facilities has been developed;
- Information about the consumers connected to electricity supply points at JSC Tyumenenergo grid facilities has been introduced and maintained in up-to-date state;
- Functionality of PAAS integration by EDIS Albatros expert diagnostic system has been implemented;
- Calculation of the consequences of equipment failure in automatic mode has been performed;
- Automatic calculation and generation of a priority list of the equipment.
Development of industrial solution Plant Asset Administration System in JSC Tyumenenergo
- Generation of the Integrated Industrial Asset Administration System in a single information space based on financial and economic operations automated management system (FEO AMS);
- Development of business processes for technical inspection of the equipment;
- Establishment of measures required to ensure reliable operation of electric grid facilities, the deadlines of respective activities and those responsible for implementation thereof, and determination of the duration of the first and subsequent technical inspections;
- Assessment of electric grid facilities technical condition in order to determine whether their continued safe operation is possible within a certain (set by the inspection) period;
- Cost accounting automation on technical operation and maintenance activities (TOM) performed using own resources of JSC Tyumenenergo;
- Ensuring generation of the maintenance and operations program;
- Providing the management at all levels of responsibility with credible data on the current operations and the current state of the equipment in order to make timely management decisions regarding both the Company`s industrial process and financial activities.
- ARDMS Operations and Maintenance
Automated Referenced Data Management System in terms of keeping reference-books on Technical Operations and Maintenance (later TOM) in JSC Tyumenenergo.
Development of an Automated Referenced Data Management System for the needs of JSC Tyumenenergo in terms of keeping reference-books on TOM
- Functionality has been implemented — filing, processing, approval and expediting the applications via FEO AMS to maintenance body of the central statistical office on reference data of PAAS for adjustment of the reference data by PAAS of JSC ROSSETI;
- Synchronization of JSC Tyumenenergo reference data books of PAAS with reference books of centralized reference data of PAAS of JSC ROSSETI has been implemented.
- AIS “Client`s Personal Account”
AIS “Client`s Personal Account” provides interactive services of interaction with consumers in the following areas: network connection, electricity distribution, perspective loads, consumer questioning.
Implementation of AIS “Client`s Personal Account”
- An additional means of data interaction and exchange between consumers and the grid company on the Internet, according to the Standard of JSC Tyumenenergo, has been created;
- An additional way of filing, monitoring of performance of the Customers” applications/requests has been implemented;
- Operational maintenance and monitoring of the data on electricity distribution has been ensured;
- Possibility of planning electricity and power consumption has been ensured;
- Functional integration and support of interoperability with other information systems of the Company has been implemented.
Development of AIS “Client`s Personal Account”
Organization of the process of remote customer service in accordance with the requirements of the Uniform Standards of the Quality of Grid Companies Services for Consumers approved by Order No.
186 of the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation dated15 April2014 . - Software System “Avariynost”
The software system “Avariynost” is intended to automate the process of entry of cut-off log records and acts of investigation, and adjustment thereof and further comprehensive analysis of the results of investigating into the causes of accidents in accordance with the Rules for Investigating into the Causes of Accidents in the Electricity Industry approved by Resolution N
846 of the Government of the Russian Federation dated28 October2009 and with industry-specific regulatory documents with the possibility of receiving reports and graphic output reports.Development of the software system “Avariynost”
New functionality in terms of automated accounting of investigating into fires has been developed, in order to establish common principles for the procedure of accounting and investigation of fires that occurred at the Company`s grid facilities, in accordance with Federal Law No.
123 -FZ of the Russian Federation dated22 July2008 Technical Regulations for Fire Safety Requirements. - PDMS FEO AMS JSC Tyumenenergo
Power Data Management Subsystem of FEO AMS of JSC Tyumenenergo is intended for automation of metering of distributed electricity and network connection of consumers to JSC Tyumenenergo grids, based on SAP ERP.

- Metering of electricity and power distributed for customers — legal entities, natural persons, through related and other territorial grid companies has been ensured;
- Metering of maximum power on the previously connected consumers and grid companies and on network connection contracts being executed has been ensured;
- Connection of new consumers to JSC Tyumenenergo grids.

Intranet-Portal of JSC Tyumenenergo is a single structured content — corporate information.

- Creation of ramified and user-friendly search system and presentation of corporate information;
- Creation of flexible staff notification system regarding amendment of the existing or availability of the new information;

Implementation of Unified Catalogue ADDS
Currently the service is available in all branches. ADDS JSC Tyumenenergo has provided tools for centralized corporate systems management:
- corporate e-mail user directory;
- single technical support service;
- online monitoring of the network equipment; management of software distribution and single user operating environment.
Development of Unified Catalogue ADDS
- Providing simplified resource administration and management;
- Providing the required level of security in the network environment, in accordance with the standards of the enterprise, including support of single sign-on technology;
- Enabling collaboration with various other directory services;
- Reduction of administration costs, increased security of JSC Tyumenenergo corporate systems.
- Service Desk unified service
Service Desk of JSC Tyumenenergo provides a single point of registration of user information systems” requests, organization of control over the work on user requests and elimination of failures and faults
Implementation of the unified Service Desk
Centralized management of user interaction across the Company has been implemented.
The possibility of integration with systems of monitoring and management of users` workstations, the Company`s servers and systems has been included.
Industrial software solution that guarantees technical support of the Service Desk manufacturer has been implemented. Implementation includes user self-service portal.
Development of the unified Service Desk
- Enhancing IT-service performance by analysing and optimizing processes of registration and processing of user requests.
- Improving efficiency of IT staff performance through accumulation and submission of the information on use of IT resources (knowledge database) and failure elimination procedures.
- Improving efficiency in detecting and eliminating failures and faults of IT-services performance.
- Increasing transparency of IT infrastructure servicing through logging failures and user requests in a single database and providing consolidated analytical reports on IT infrastructure events and actions that are initiated in response to those events.
- Providing the tool for the single centre of monitoring of the Company`s server and services status.
- Providing the tool for management of software and hardware of personal computers and servers in the Company, reducing the number of manual steps.
- Enabling integration of processes of the status monitoring, failures logging, and automation of processing common requests of the users of JSC Tyumenenergo business systems.
- Corporate Information System (CIS) of JSC Tyumenenergo
Modernization of active network equipment provides a solution to the problem of exhaustion of the switching capacity of junction boxes in offices, main channels, patch panels on the telecommunications premises, active network equipment ports.
Modernization of CIS infrastructure
Equipment of the floor switches on the telecommunications premises 2–2, 5–1, 5–2 ID of JSC Tyumenenergo has been upgraded, including porting configuration from the existing equipment to the new and testing thereof, dismantling of the old equipment, installation of new switches, conducting testing. Upgrading allowed it to:
- extend useful life of the system providing users with access to common information resources of the company`s information systems;
- provide the required reserve of switching capacity in IA building;
- replace obsolete equipment that did not have manufacturer“s technical support.
- Corporate System of Electronic Data Processing (CSED) of JSC Tyumenenergo
The system provides centralized management and the appropriate level of communications security.
Development of CSED Migration to the united communications system of JSC Tyumenenergo
- Reducing the human factor effect on the speed of business processes;
- Reducing the cost of long distance and international calls through;
- The possibility of replacing frequent business trips with less costly audio-, video-conferences;
- Reducing risks of information leakage via public service channels uncontrolled by the Company.
- Unified Catalogue ADDS
As for development of automated systems of network management, JSC Tyumenenergo has designed and implemented the following programs:
- Program of the System for Information Collecting and Transmitting (SICT) in terms of tele-mechanization;
- Program of the System for Information Collecting and Transmitting (SICT) in terms of communication channels;
- Creation of multi-service networks of the Company communications based on a single architecture.
Within the framework of the systems and communication channels development the following was carried out:
- Reconstruction of fibre optic links at six grid facilities;
- Reconstruction of carrier-communication system at two grid facilities;
- Engineering and design of fibre optic links at
20 grid facilities; - Engineering and design of
22 spans of radio-relay link; - Design and equipment of the engineering communication centre of JSC Tyumenenergo.
As part of development of JSC Tyumenenergo, equipment there was conducted reconstruction of tele-mechanics systems at
