Integrated management system

Starting from 2008 JSC Tyumenenergo works in compliance with s ISO 9001: 2008 (quality management systems), ISO 14001: 2008 (environmental management systems) and OHSAS 18001-2007 (occupational health and safety management systems) that starting from 2014 are supplemented with conformity to ISO 50001: 2011 (energy management system). Observance of the aforementioned standards is being annually validated by external certification authorities from 2008 and to 2014 inclusive.

In 2014, in compliance with the international standard requirements, the following events took place in the Company:

  • carried out an internal audit on compliance with ISO 9001: 2008, ISO 14001: 2004 and OHSAS 18001: 2007. From these audit results, new opportunities for development were identified. A corrective action plan and measures aimed at system operation improvement were developed;
  • activities provided for by corrective action plan based on the results of the internal and inspection audits conducted in 2013 ensured the development of JSC Tyumenenergo system;
  • developed and implemented requirements of ISO 50001: 2011 “Energy management system”;
  • To optimise implementation of requirements on standard “System of JSC Tyumenenergo competitive ability management”, the pilot project “Regulation on operation order development” is being executed;
  • re-certifying audit on compliance with ISO 9001: 2008, ISO 14001: 2004, OHSAS 18001: 2007 and certifying audit on compliance with ISO 50001: 2011 were successfully conducted by an external certifying organization. Following the external audit results, a corrective action plan was developed to improve the system.

In 2015, the Company plans to:

  • execute major part of pilot project “Regulation on operation order development” under implementation of “System of JSC Tyumenenergo competitive ability management”;
  • revise and implement the new revision of standard “System of JSC Tyumenenergo competitive ability management” by taking into account the existing practices, new requirements and trends. It will provide even greater opportunities for managing Company dynamics and key performance indicators such as reliability, quality, cost, efficiency (including energy efficiency), productivity, safety;
  • take measures of corrective action plan, developed based upon results of inspection audit conducted in 2014 and internal audit conducted in 2014;
  • conduct regular internal audit on compliance with ISO 9001: 2008, ISO 14001: 2004 and OHSAS 18001: 2007 and with newly established standard ISO 50001: 2011. Following the audit results, relative measures meant for system improvement are to be developed;
  • arrange an inspection audit on compliance with ISO 9001: 2008, ISO 14001: 2004, OHSAS 18001: 2007 and ISO 50001: 2011 conducted by an external certifying organization. Following the audit results relative measures meant for system improvement are to be developed.
