State registration of the subsidiary of JSC Tyumenenergo, JSC Energy Service Company JSC Tyumenenergo took place on January 12, 2011. The decision to establish the Energy Service Company was made by the Board of Directors of JSC Tyumenenergo on December 15, 2010.

JSC Tyumenenergo manages its subsidiaries and affiliates in accordance with Russian Federation Legislation, the Charter, internal documents and the Charter of JSC ESCP JSC Tyumenenergo.
